By entering in the competition, you agree:
1. The prize for the competition is one (1) free Full Membership with the OVA Southern Saints athletic club, for the 2016-17 track and field season (expires April 30th 2017), valued at $150.00.
2. The entrant must like the OVA Southern Saints Facebook page, www.facebook.com/ovasouthernsaints.
3. The entrant must comment on the video post "what they love about athletics".
4. Entries close 2/10/2016 at 11:59pm.
5. One (1) winner will be selected randomly from the list of entrants and announced by 8:00pm on 5/10/2016 via the OVA Southern Saints Facebook page.
6. Winner must provide to the club appropriate details for registration purposes, including name, date of birth, address, phone and emergency contact details.
7. Currently unregistered members will be registered by the club. If you have already registered, the club will reimburse the winning entrant a Full Membership.
7. By entering and participating in this competition held by the OVA Southern Saints, each entrant agrees to hold harmless,
defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims,
demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or
described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of
or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii)
entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a
Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation,
any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any
person(s).
8. OVA Southern Saints reserve the right to cancel or revoke the prize or competition at any time without notification.
