RSM have sponsored an Invitional Discus event for Women at 2.00pm - Good Luck to Milah and Natalia in this special event with prize money on offer.  OVA gets to be right in on the action as this is our duty event at 2.00pm  Please help out in the crew.  

Relay is 4 x 100m - put your name down at the tent.  Let's get some OVA relays back out on the track again.

Athletics South are having a working bee on Sunday March 3rd at 10am - helpers needed.

Also remember - if you are withdrawing from an event please let the official or admin know so you can be scratched, especially for hurdles and sprints.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Natalia Leszczynski and Milah Hatten on breaking their Discus records last weekend.  Alexander McKillop also broke his OVA F36 Shotput record.  We also wish Alexander (and Coach Rosie) Good Luck as they head to Canberra for the Track Classic this weekend.

State Championships Entries Now Open

You are now able to enter State Championship events  via  the entry portal on the Athletics Tasmania website.  The draft timetable is also at the Entry Portal.  If you have any questions about State Championships please let us know or post a question in the Members Group.

We will be looking for 4 x100m and 4 x 400m Relay runners for the weekend - so let us know if you are available.

Things to Remember..

• Wear your OVA uniform and remember to bring your number.  
• Sign in at least 30 min before the start time listed in the program for your first event. (If you are unsure come and see us at the OVA tent for help)
• Check in at the OVA tent for your chance to win a prize. (Check the facebook group to see last weeks winner)
• Sign up for a relay team
• If you are withdrawing from an event please see admin and scratch
